Nic is a qualified Teacher, Youth and Community Worker, and Play Worker, holding a PhD in Digital Education. With a strong background in Art, Technology, and Cultural Studies, he is an experienced practitioner whose published work explores Digital Storytelling, Comics, Anime, and Manga. His writing has appeared in journals, books, and magazines.
Nic has also made several media appearances discussing online gaming and its surrounding culture.
He is currently working on his debut novel, a young adult story following the lives of two girls in 1940s Berlin.
Nic lives in Haworth with his wife and their cat, Sherman.
